UNETHICAL BUSINESS AND SHADY SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Don't ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership! I am severely disappointed with the lack of service that was performed on my vehicle before it was sold to me on October 19th. I was extremely frustrated that I had to bring it back within 2 weeks of purchase due to obvious maintenance issues (squeaky brakes, shaking during acceleration and vehicle start, stiff steering wheel while turning). Drive shaft and spark plug issues were mentioned, but the service advisor then tried to make me believe she never said any of that and stated the issue was just "rotors and tire balance/rotation". So my 2012 CTS was in their shop from 11/10 - 11/17 for just rotors and tires! Not only did they try to charge me 50/50 for this work that should have been completed before selling it, when I went to finally pick up my vehicle, THEY COULDNT FIND IT and I had to come back the next day. On top of all this, I never received an accurate service report for the work that was completed or proof of the multipoint inspection that supposedly occurred. Furthermore, it was infuriating to experience such poor and unprincipled service at a reputable Cadillac dealership. Completely unacceptable and I have filed a complaint with GM! BEWARE! They will absolutely try to get over on you, especially if you are a younger female and go to the dealership alone!!!!!!!!!!!! (By the way... this review doesn't even disclose HALF of the BS I went through with this dealership).
