The security at the door are not trained well and are very rude.
I was standing at the door waiting for a friend, but it was cold so I asked to stand inside while I wait.

The response was very dismissive slamming the door in my face.

Another man standing next to me was also trying to get in but had walked out of the venue to speak to a friend on the phone. He was in fact a very good friend of Nick Maison who was performing tonight.

He clearly had a ticket to get in but security refused to even speak to the man.

Its very surprising for an establishment that has fantastic musicians to have such terrible service. I will not be coming back to the Round House and will advise all my friends that there are better places to go to.

Your staff need better training on how to talk to their customers.
