First off, we loved this location, the atmosphere is great staff is great and obviously the food is great. We go there one night and our waitress does not introduce herself, nor did she ask us how we were that night, the standard, which is fine, everyone has their off days. She started off asking what wed like to drink. Let me just say this was a tuesday night and the restaurant was not even half full. We all asked for lemon waters with no ice, she came back with 6 waters with ice. Okay, fine whatever, its not a big deal, its just ice. We order our food and half the orders were wrong. We had some special requests due to allergies and such and none of these were followed. She didnt give us steak knives I had to get up and find them. She never once checked up on us. When it came to ordering dessert, she got that order wrong as well. She never once apologized and was just overall dry. Maybe the rating seems harsh with what im complaining about, but we are always treated very well by Joey Crowfoot staff and this treatment was far from anything wed experienced. I called and talked to a manager that night and told him all this, to which he profusely apologized however there was nothing else done. We have not been there since, its been at least 6 months. With a chain as popular and delicious, if I may, we all expected something out of this horrible experience. We were all fasting as well, so wed been starving and of course we had to be paired with an incompetent waitress. Dont even know her name because she never introduced herself.
