I use Barleans flax oil (lignan) regularly to help reduce hot flashes. Today, when I called customer service with questions, I didn't get a computer. The lady (oops, forgot her name), was so helpful! I also use the fish oil that works wonders for my dry eyes. I highly recommend their products!
