Checked in and was supposed to be part of the KBS Founders Rooms. The ladies at the desk assured us that the items were in our room. We sign in a paper with room rate, different than what we were emailed, and took our room keys to head up. Walk into the room to it being occupied, we found this out by walking in to the poor person on the toilet unknowingly. Go back downstairs to get another room. We are again assured our KBS items are in the room. Get to our new room and nothing is there, however at least this time it is empty. Call down to the front desk and the manager advises they will get it together and I can come get it. Go down about 20 minutes later and she says the box I thought they were in are room numbers, I've text the general manager and as soon as I hear back I'll call up. Fast forward to morning, after a night of no sleep on the increadibly uncomfortable mattress, and we still do not have our 'extras' which is the entire reason we booked with this hotel. Go down to the front desk and this time the morning clerk is very helpful and finds a box with our items in it. Check out and review receipt and find that we were charged more than our confirmation email and the paper we signed the previous evening. I'd highly advise not using this hotel. Only 2 good things there SUPER hot water and the morning desk clerk was very helpful.
