I just finished my tour and am extremely dissatisfied by the experience. I was in a tour with a family whose children were talking to their parents and the tour guide rudely said excuse me to them in the ugliest tone. My biggest tip would be just because you say excuse me does not mean that you are being polite. It was an older man who apparently hadn't had his coffee in the morning. Children will be children. They weren't being roudy. They just needed to ask their parents something. The best part of the tour was the cats otherwise it was not at all worth it to me. Ernest Hemingway was a glorified cheater with a lot of cats. That is the moral of his story. Definitely would not go again or recommend to anyone else.
