Pathetic customer service!!!

Pathetic customer service!!!
No response to emails and calls even after 3 days. Highly unprofessional.
Have taken a package for 10 sessions for physio. The first 3 sessions were terrible. They sent some junior who was really useless and use to finish the treatment in 15 mins instead of 60 mins. After writing to customer care 4 times, got a response and they sent a senior therapist.

In short, Avoid Portea!!!!
