The moment we arrived we noticed the Hotel was understaffed. One lady was trying her best to check people in but was new and did not have nearly enough help. Very frustrating for the 5 people in the line waiting to check in for 45 minutes.
The room was what I expected but the cleanliness of the bathroom was not great.
The morning we checked out one of the staff member's behaviour was frankly disgusting, accusing us of losing a bag tag that she hadn't even given to us yet. When she realised there was no apology.
I hope not all of the hotel staff would treat Military veterans in this way.
I would never stay at this hotel again nor recommend it to anyone.
