I went through Oosterveld to purchase and install a tankless water heater, and I was inclined to comment on this particular experience, because it is very rare these days where businesses take pride in customer experience along with the quality of work. My father who is a perfectionist also pointed out the quality of work for the installation and said he hasn't seen work like this in years. It is incredibly refreshing to have such a pleasant experience, since many businesses these days are only self interested. The added cherry on top is that I never have to deal with Reliance EVER again. Thank you to Oosterveld for a wonderful experience! I will be contacting them in Spring 2021 to purchase and install a new AC unit as well.
