Everything started great with their salesperson, but then he left for 20 minutes and didn't tell us why. We talked some more and looked at some cars.

So he left again for 20 minutes and we didn't know why.

He later returned with a gentleman , who just mumbled his name so we can only assume he was the sales-manager. He sat down in front of us and said "how would you like to pay".

We hadn't even decided on which vehicle yet. The salesperson had not listened to us at all. And Manager Mumbles didn't help their cause. We asked for our keys and walked out.

Maybe they should listen to their clientele instead of assuming this is what they want. And perhaps tell your clients what is going on and why they had to leave. We bought a new car from Milton Toyota the next day. In comparison they are/were very professional, unlike Manager Mumbles and Salesman Doesn't Listen.
