Their staff is immensely polite and professional. I did not expect this level of high-quality service and engaged conversation in South Florida to be honest !! They are so good at fixing the immediate problem but also knew about misc issues affecting my laptop, gave me so many options to choose from and were punctual in terms of returning the device.
