My boyfriend and I went for a late dinner on Saturday night. We'd like to thank the male manager working on September 15th for turning our night around, and going above and beyond with service. We got seated outside around 8:25pm, and were not greeted by any staff by 8:40pm. I flagged down a server while she was running food to another table to let her know. She brought us water and then we never saw her again or anyone else. I went inside to speak to a manager. He apologized, expedited our orders, and ended up comping our entire meal. We were blown away by his awesome efforts, and will definitely be coming back.
