The numbers listed on the website don't work when ...

The numbers listed on the website don't work when I try to call them from my mobile phone which has an out of state area code. We then borrowed a friends phone with a local number, called 4x and left messages. No one ever got back to us. We then decided to drop in where I voiced my frustration with the receptionist and how no one has ever gotten back to us. So even after visiting them and being assured we would be called back to make an appointment, we have yet to hear anything from them.
