Quality of the service, overall experience are very low.
We are exhibiting in PLMA for years and we normally choose Novotel.
However, this year we were very disappointed of:
- cleaning service and ironing - not good at all
- food and restaurant service - not good at all for the price offered
- invoicing - very disappointed. It was impossible to receive the invoice during the night and we were asked to come for it in the morning. So we did, but the system was down and we were promised that we will receive 1 invoice for all 5 rooms. But did not happen. So now I need to spend few more days in communication in order to have what I was promised.
Total service and experience is absolute loss of time.
