Great hotel and outstanding staff. One of my bags got misplaced on the Vaporetto from the airport. I thought it was gone, but decided to tell the concierge. Federica called every single stop till she found my bag and had it waiting in my room when I got back to the hotel. The staff goes above and beyond, this the best Hilton and one of the best hotels I have stayed at.

The food at the Hotel is great, best olives I have had.
