I currently have three properties managed under Brewer & Stratton and Kayla Addington is my property manager. Kayla is attentive, detailed and responsive and goes beyond the call to add value added services such as inspecting a prospective property and giving me her personal opinion based on their experience and born-and-raised Arizona roots. Recently, she even saved me the cost on a new refrigerator when the freezer broke down after she noticed that I had bought a refrigerator just six months ago and although the warranty had just expired, she called the company and was able to get a replacement for free with an additional one month warranty. As an investor who owns 26 properties in eleven U.S. states and Japan, I appreciate the attentiveness and capabilities of good property managers, such as Kayla, that I have found at Brewer & Stratton.
