The absolutely worst customer service I have ever ...

The absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!! We were looking for a sought after Rolex watch. The so called manger that works there, he informed us there was one available with one guy interested. The next day we got a check from the bank and headed down there. He calls us and says there are actually 5 people ahead of you... so it s not available as we were on the way. They are completely unorganized and rude when they were in the wrong. Don t waste your time like we did xxx
