The Last Colorbender 73 Review of T.A.G. Muay Thai

I love training here. All skill levels are present from first day to years in the sport. Everyone is super respectful of one another and where each other s skill levels are at. Kru Aboy is humble and extremely nice and in my experience has tried to help with everything he can. TAG focuses on all the things other places don t typically focus on (I ve trained at a lot of places) like the small little things that could be the difference of getting KO d or not. Tucking the chin, clenching the jaw, foot placement, shoulder posture and positioning, tucked elbows, pivoting or using your hips and a lot more. Precision and speed is key, but they teach at a slow pace to make sure the beginners can learn and learn quickly but most importantly they learn properly. Overall I recommend TAG Muay Thai to any and everyone whether you re new or experienced or you re just curious and want to see what it s about. If you want an intense workout where you learn as well then come in and join us! They have a free trial period too so what do you got to lose?!?!
