Disappointing that you cannot give less than one star. This company is the epitome of poor customer service. I received a table with no legs, after several emails and phone calls I got someone to send a set of legs out for next day delivery, unfortunately they were for a different range of desks. I've not had one phone call returned, they refuse to let me speak to a manager and I'm now waiting a week for a reply as to when I may get some legs for my desk.
No sign of a refund from another order, that's after 10 days.
How hard can it be to deliver the correct items, sort out mistakes and process refunds? AVOID!
