Staying in the Delta King is like stepping back in time, from the skinny stateroom doors to the pull-chain toilets. We loved sitting on the deck watching the Sacramento River go by. The only issue we had was a slow-draining shower. You will hear the train go by quite often during the night and the sound of Canadian geese will greet you at sunrise. But we found it charming.
