We arrived after the museum had closed for the day...

We arrived after the museum had closed for the day. Still was able to walk about the outside area and take in the very moving reflecting pool. We also crossed over the the outside area of the museum and read each one of the plaques around the rose garden. Quite beautiful.
There was a well dressed man offering pamphlets and then asking for "donations".
