Horrible insurance company that doesn't explain things clearly. Will use every excuse possible to not pay out. Sure the premium is a bit lower than other companies, but what's the point of paying anything if they refuse to hold up their end of the agreement. Worst insurance company I've dealt with and very rude staff. Also, hopefully your incident doesn't occur over the weekend because you'll have to wait for their offices to open on Monday to file the claim, and then wait a few weeks for the adjuster to come out afterwards.
