First time staying here. No microwave or chair Arrived Friday it's now Saturday and the machine to make the door key card is STILL broke. You have to go back to the lobby & ask someone to let you in unless you see a staff member. The large water park play area was shut off for our safety just before the rain & lightening on Friday. At 11a on Saturday until approximately 4p the whole system was shut down. The number of guest exceeds being able to enjoy the water area comfortable even without the pandemic. Can't imagine what this is like under normal circumstances. The online photos overrated the actually hotel & water park. Room is general to say the least. The management & staff have tried to accommodate the situation but when paying I don't give them accommodating currency. This is the 2nd bad experience I've had using Take3 Getaway. They're available accommodations has declined greatly.
