Probably one of my most favourite restaurants in Toronto (or of all time). Not to fanboy here, but I've been following chef Carl Heinrich for a while both on top Chef Canada and before Richmond Station was open (West Side Beef popup at the Underground market). Carl's been nothing but friendly and personable. Every meal has been memorable at RS. Classes are highly recommended and very worth the value for money. I love his approach in the kitchen and philosophy on food. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kudos to you Carl and Ryan for opening this gem of a place. Keep up the great work!
