Had a Genius appt on 12/13 due to minor water incident three weeks prior . Drove in from out of town to get my Mac fixed for a yacht party I was scheduled to dj for . Over the phone everyone was very nice . In person the lady tech was very rude . She told me that my Mac book wouldn t turn on and I should just buy a new one . I took it to the Apple Store and it was repaired in two days at no cost . Get great customer service from Apple , these people don t deserve your money .
