I have been to nicer hotels, but this is the nicest staff I have encountered. The concierge, front desk, valet, and house cleaners are all genuinely considerate. Jessica and Ken at the front desk get a special shout out on our visit. If you know a dog that needs to take their owner on vacation, this is the place! We do not have pets, but noticed numerous well behaved dogs on premise. I have allergies, but room and common areas kept so clean I did not notice. Great location by river. Highly recommend.
