Absolutely disgusted by this company!! They called...

Absolutely disgusted by this company!! They called me a liar about having a service plan with them, ONLY to find out THEY were wrong, no apology, no trying to fix the problem. The part needed came in for the stove yesterday, however, they claim they can't come out to fix it until NEXT Friday!! of course, they already got paid! Not convenient, nor do they want to fix/admit THEIR mistakes! .......... It won't let me respond to your comment SERVICE ONE. I DID call that # 4 different times. The 1st two times I was told OVER and OVER we DIDN'T pay for a plan. The 3rd time was after we spoke with the realtor who emailed us the paperwork saying we had paid for it, I was then told again by your company that we did not have a plan, I said this is ridiculous and they need to find out what's going on because we know we have a plan. I was then transfer to your accounting department where the girl could quickly pull up that we do in fact have a plan that we paid almost $500 for. So FINALLY got that established, after being told countless times I was wrong! And then they called my father's phone(as he was on the lan with me as well) even though I had given them my direct number to call me back on. They told him it would be 2 days before the part came in. I then called back and explainrd to them they need to put me as the only number to call as my dad has the beginning of Alzheimer's, and I didn't want him being bothered with this. 3 days later, no phone call to me but again a call to my father stating the part would actually take a week to come in. I am so thoroughly disappointed that we spent almost $500 on this worthless plan and then spent another $80 to have a part put in after being called a liar. I will NEVER use this company AGAIN and I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Absolute terrible customer service!
