Just arrived in Vail for a surprise 2 days in the snow. We had plans for a 4:00 gear drop from black tie- I'd never heard of them before. They were right on time and had everything we needed. Initial boots I asked for didn't quite fit but a 2 second trip to the van and another size was there for us. Shout out to Trevor and Kevin-- great customer service on their end. Cant wait to get on the slopes tomorrow!!
