I recently booked a trip with SeaMiles and overall, I had a positive experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was quick and efficient. The customer service was friendly and helpful, and I received a prompt response when I had a question. However, I found the rewards program to be somewhat lacking, as it didn't offer much in terms of benefits or value. Despite this, I would still consider using SeaMiles again for future travel.
