I received a damage product so I contacted Twin Star figuring they would send a replacement part. Spoke to a representative who took my information and told me I would hear from someone within 24-48 business hours (NOT DAY HOURS). 7 days later received a call back only to be told they couldn t send me a replacement part. I need to contact the company I purchased it through. Thanks for the waste of time.
