Where do I start...
First, this company has horrible customer service.
Second, they have no business selling in Canada.
I ordered Rotors and Pads and paid for express shipping. I placed an order on Sunday and got a confirmation that my order had shipped on Saturday.
I received a confirmation letter stating I would receive my parts that Tuesday and included a tracking number. Tuesday rolls around and I track the package as I never received it. DHL s site said the package hadn t been picked up...
I email Rockauto (as they have no customer care number) and ask about the package. They told me they have up to 10 business days to deliver the package despite me paying for International Express Shipping which is 2 business days.
I asked if they could check with the warehouse to ensure the package was shipped. Rock auto responded our system says it has . I asked a second time if they could insure the warehouse had shipped it as DHL s site said they hadn t. They just repeated their system says it has and DHL missed the scan.
I contacted DHL of course and they told me a truck hadn t even been to Rockauto that week.
Long story short 2 weeks after the I placed my order they refunded me a smaller amount than I paid and claimed it was the currency conversion. (Which hasn t changed). I wouldn t recommend any Canadian order parts from Rockauto. They are clearly incompetent!
