Asked if we wanted inside or out, such a great day...

Asked if we wanted inside or out, such a great day we asked for outside. We sat down my husband went and washed his hands and came back and still no service. Looked at the menu still no service. When we left with no service there was a person out front with her feet kicked up I guess they forgot to help there customers.
