They love to put chassis grease on brand new dry battery terminals. Had 2 batteries fry mid road trip, found grease on terminals each time after service was done. I installed the batteries dry, charging voltages were great. Didn't have a prob until grease was slathered on my terminals. We don't use this shop anymore.
