I've been living in Rochester my whole life and appreciate the public library, however I'm giving it 1 star based on their COVID pick up service. It's EXTREMELY slow. Every time I've come to pick up books (weekday mornings) it's taken me over 40 minutes just to get my one or two books. The staff has been rude. Perhaps they need more staffing.
