staff is uniformed. visited the gym with my wife a few weeks ago for information and process for joining the gym. the young lady at the front desk seemed more interested in the gentleman that was standing talking to her than with an actual potential customer. after much persistence i recieved a brief tour around the facility, and was told that the person responsible for pricing etc had left for evening. i was also told that if i was interested in joining i could try the gym out with a five day guest pass and i can also speak with the person responsible for pricing as well. flash forward a few weeks later i walked in expecting what i was told only to recieved by hesitation and probing questions as to who told me this information and wanted a description, as if somehow that matters. After alot more unsure looks from both gentlemen standing at the desk i was approached by whom i assume is the manager who didnt have the decency or professionalism to introduce himself, and was told that if i wanted to try the gym it was $20 and if i decided to join it would go towards my membership. nothing close to the initial information i orginally recieved by the first employee. To further add insult to injury the person i assume to be the manager wanted further question me as to who told gave me this information and if i had come on a weekend previously, again as if all of this somehow matters. he then proceeds to question me about how many us wanted to join etc to make matters worst he then rudely told me "well we have rules here and if i want to try the facility its $20." this facility and their employess are uninformed and scammers who lure you in get you sign up for a contract and seem more money driven than customer satisfaction and a complete waste of time. not just a mile away i found another gym who was more than accomodative and professional.
