Reception staff are unhelpful and snooty, overcharged me by a lot there mistake and i am still waiting on them replying to my emails. My room was dirty and smelly just not a good experience at all considering i paid extra for superior queen room and half board. Pool isn't suitable for kids unless they can swim, there is no shallow end or kids area and no staff in pool area in case of accident. Won't be back.
