I just purchased a 2013 Venza from Modern.

I just purchased a 2013 Venza from Modern.
It was a easy, relaxed and even enjoyable at times. It was nothing like the stereotypical car buying experience.
I had an amazing team of knowledgeable, respective, and friendly employees.
It started in internet sales with Ashley, who gathered the information and what i was looking for. She kept my constantly updated, and prepared me for when i went into the dealership. When i arrived Marcy showed me the Venza and allowed me to take it to where my wife was working for her to see. When i returned she and Yates went over the details of financing and other features of the car and benefits of the dealership. Through the process I always felt as everything was my decision and never felt pushed or pressured.
This is my first Toyota vehicle, and by the experience I had at Modern. They will be at the top of the list for my future car purchases.

2017:
I stil LOVE my Venza and will always own a Toyota, just from another dealership.

I Made an "appointment" for a state inspection two days ago. When I arrived for the appointment Raymond advised me it would take an hour or hour and a half for the inspection. We I told him I had made an appointment, all I got in response was a shoulder shrug.
I have always liked have my Toyota serviced at Modern, but lately they have been so slow. An hour and half for an inspection seems a bit extreme. On my prior visit it was almost two hours for just an oil change.
Time to find someplace else.
