My 68 year old mother called these guys out to do a semi annual service. They told her it sounded like her compressor was going out when they started the system up and she would need a new system soon. It would cost about 10k. She told them the entire system was just replaced four years ago and if she would really need an entire system. They told her yes she would. Sounds like a commissioned tech trying to make their pay check in the slow season. Shame on you.
