Trying again and again and again to get them to ad...

Trying again and again and again to get them to address the problem - tv won t play, calls drop, my co-workers telling me my voice is dropping. They tell me to run Speedtest.net and sometimes that won t even run. All i hear when I talk to their support is it looks good from our end , we show streaming constant 6mb per second, you must have too many devices connected, blah blah blah. Turned off my work laptop, no vpn, running 1 tablet and 1 tv. I hard wired the tv w/ cat7 to the router. isn t fixing the problem. been asking them to come on site and diagnose the issue and can t get them to come. I m told there was a project approved to get fiber to my neighborhood. I can t wait. Would pay another provider 2x if the stuff worked.
