Ruined clothing - turned white towels with blue st...

Ruined clothing - turned white towels with blue stripes pink, bleached colors out of brand new orange Home Depot $150 coat, ruined Persian Lamb coat & other fancy dresses. Ruined 2 Coach purses. More interested in "Michael" & his hotel room on phone than my clothing. Insurance claim. Per pickup invoice- was supposed to itemize all "unsalvageable" clothes for insurance claim - waited over 60 days & at that date ins. would not allow me to claim.
