Unfortunately we had a bad experience with AirViva...

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with AirViva. Although we had paid for our luggage in advance and could prove it via recipt, the service staff Xavier Adlana and Sydney Serrano both working for Air Viva refused to check-in our luggage without additional payment of 135000 COP. Their explanation was that their system could not identify the payment. We kindly asked them to clarify this on their behalf but both stayed absolutely stubborn.
Any request for refund was ignored sofar.
Both service staffs were very unfriendly and were not willing to answer any further questions in english nor in spanish.

I will avoid this airline in future. It seems they have problems with their system and their staff.
