I had a less-than-ideal experience with a tour operator. The tour guides did not seem experienced, and they lacked enthusiasm. The itinerary felt rushed, and we didn't get enough time to fully explore the attractions. The accommodations were average, and the overall service was disappointing. I would not recommend this tour operator to others.
