Straight forward and efficient. No BS as long as you have ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS IN ORDER. They are very strict about who is allowed into the building. Only those applying for a visa or have an appointment is allowed. I waited outside while my parents (who speak limited English) went inside. After about 20 minutes, they called me in, let me know what they were missing, and instructed me to email the missing documents. I emailed them that night and received the visas 3 days later.

What is required as of February 2019:

-Visa Application
-Passport (and copy)
-Green card (and copy)
-Driver's license (and copy) or 3 utility bills
-Flight reservations
-Hotel confirmation (make sure applicant name is on confirmation)
-Employer letter stating vacation dates approved, salary and position
-3 Paystubs
-3 Bank statements
-3 Credit card statements showing credit limit
-Medical insurance with "VISA LETTER" that states coverage up to 50,000 for repatriation AND medical coverage
-Prepaid USPS Priority label with flat-rate priority envelope
-$69 cash or money order

Again, as long as you have all the documents in order, you will be fine. I suggest looking for appointment times at least 2 months before your vacation to give yourself enough time in case of any mishaps. Slots open at 6 PM every night, so check daily. This is not as daunting as it seems. Just have everything in order.
