I'm so disappointed..we went skiing for my sons birthday, it took over a hour just to get our equipment..long lines for the check ins. Long lines for the elevator. I tried getting my son some dessert for his birthday and they said u can only get dessert by calling room service. Really? Its 200 a night. Pathetic
