Riduculous company. I placed an order about a year ago for a railing. When i phoned again for them to come and take the exact measurements, they wanted to change the rates even tough no one ever told me and it was not included in the terms of the sale. Their excuse is that a year has passed and rates change, however the agreement states differently.
