Tried to charge me $ 455.00 because they didn't bother to look up my insurance, then when I called back the next they still wouldn't make any effort to look up and verify the information I was giving them. ....I'd rather have a seeing eye dog then go back there.
Update: Two days later I went into another optician office just down the street who pulled up my insurance in two minutes with the remark "Oh you have great insurance"
