I went in today and they were incredibly busy due to the holiday. Despite that Brent made sure to acknowledge that I was there and they would be with me soon. He ended up being the one to help me and apologized for the wait saying that they never want to have anyone waiting (which was only 10 min - much better than it would have been anywhere else on an appliance buying holiday). He helped me purchase the appliance I needed and had it loaded in my truck about 5 min later (the whole trip was less than 20 min). They are friendly and have great pricing. I have a family member who worked here a few years back and they really took care of him. That translates into how their employees treat customers so well. No better place to buy an appliance and to support a local company!
