What kind of hotel doesnt have soundproof walls?! I came here to relax and couldnt sleep all night. Even worse than that is all the hotel staff have horrible attitude! 1 guy from room service brought me a bottle of wine with the wrong cup i told him to bring the correct one he says i dont have time for you right now! Seriously? I went down to the restaurant it took 20 mins for them to come take my order! And it wasnt full house even! Lastly, were is the hospitality when a guest arrives to greet them and take their luggage?? No one came i thought the hotel was closed!! I am so disappointed with my stay i booked 4 nights i left after 1 day. Only staff were the 2 egyptian guys at the front desk they were very friendly and actually WANTED to help.
Never ever again!!!
