I highly recommend this agency and The Kendra Hudson Team if you are looking for a home to purchase for your college aged child and roommates. We live in far North Texas and were so very impressed by Kendra and her transaction coordinator, Mae Norwalk. These ladies work tirelessly and are completely dedicated to representing the client's best interest in situations where we could not be present due to the long distance between our home and the property we were purchasing. They are skilled negotiators but do so while maintaining complete respect and professionalism from those they interact with. I would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises. It is an absolute pleasure to know them!
