I purchased one shirt from Proper Cloth (the Blue Denim shirt) using a coupon code to give the whole custom-fit thing a shot. I used their smart-size algorithm online. I received the shirt several weeks later and the fit wasn't quite right--too long and rather baggy in the chest. I submitted a request for alterations (free on your first shirt) and dropped the shirt off in-person at the shop. The altered shirt fits like a charm, and now my measurements are perfect for future shirts. 10/10 experience: excellent customer service, fast shipping, great variety of fabrics.
